We Couldn't Find the Event We Wanted… So We Created It.
Sydney Queens started with two friends, a simple thought and a little frustration…
“Why are all the events so predictable?”
We wanted something different.
Something beyond just sitting, eating and making polite conversation.
We wanted the kind of fun we remembered from growing up—the school trips where the bus ride was half the adventure, holidays with cousins that never seemed to end, and birthday parties where everyone joined in for games, music and endless laughter.
So we thought…
“If we can't find the event we're looking for, why not create it ourselves?”
And that's exactly what we did.
We brought back the nostalgia of our favourite childhood games, starting with the one that needs no introduction—Antakshri. A game that turned strangers into teammates, songs into memories and ordinary evenings into something worth talking about.
Today, Sydney Queens is more than just events. It's a community where women come together to sing without worrying about hitting every note, dance without needing a dance floor, laugh a little louder and create friendships along the way.
Because growing up is inevitable…
