3. Tickets

• Tickets are valid only for the event specified.
• Tickets are issued once full payment has been received.
• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Sydney Queens Events.
• If you are unable to attend, ticket transfers may be permitted if requested at least 48 hours before the event and approved by us.
• Sydney Queens Events reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including venue, schedule or activities where required.

4. Photography & Videography

Photos and videos may be taken during our events and used on our website, social media and promotional materials.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please let a member of our team know before or during the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

5. Attendee Conduct

We strive to create a welcoming, respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Sydney Queens Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unsafe or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

6. Liability

Attendees participate at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Sydney Queens Events is not responsible for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings or personal injury occurring during an event.
